~ About Me ~

     Thank you for visiting Overbrook Farm Scented Candles! I am blessed to live on such beautiful family land where we thoroughly enjoy all the sights, sounds, and scents of country living! A couple years ago I started making candles to help raise funds for our local school's chorus program. That was my first inspiration for learning this craft! I have since studied the science behind successful candle making, and I have incorporated my creativity to make beautiful, quality, environmentally friendly products to share with others. Through trial and error, I try to create the most authentic scents possible, and sometimes I blend scents that invoke a special memory or feeling. My container candles and melts are hand-poured with 100% clean-burning soy wax and phthalate-free fragrances.

     I endeavor to use my hobby to witness to others and give a portion of each month's profits toward a worthwhile cause in our community and beyond. My love for the Lord, helping others, and making candles is summed up in Matthew 5:16: "Let your light shine before men that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in Heaven."
